Sven Gali Drops Ferocious Live Album from Iconic El Mocambo Show

Canadian hard rock legends Sven Gali are coming in hot with a new live album, ripped straight from their sold-out show at The El Mocambo in Toronto. Captured on Friday the 13th, September 2024, this set is pure fire — and it’s dropping on another Friday the 13th: June 13, 2025. Call it fate, call it rock ‘n’ roll symmetry — either way, it’s loud.

One Night at a Rock ’n’ Roll Temple

There are clubs, and then there’s the El Mocambo — the stage where The Stones ripped it up in ’77, where SRV, U2, Blondie, and The Ramones burned it down. Sven Gali now joins the ranks with a blistering live set that doesn’t flinch, doesn’t fake, and sure as hell doesn’t hold back.
